Position - Relationship Manager - Private Banking
Job Purpose
To enhance business development as per the set objectives of the bank and ensure quality service to the customers through wealth management techniques
Role & Responsibilities
- Acquisition of new Ultra HNI clients ( AUM INR 100 Crores+) for Third Party (Wealth) and Banking Products.
- Ensure Customer level profitability
- Growth of AUM from Clients
- Financial and Investment Advisory to assist clients in achieving their short-term and long-term investment goals via proper profiling and offering of various Investment products.
- Risk Profiling of Customers
- Superior & seamless Customer Service
- Cross Sell all Banking Products
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 3 years + experience in Wealth Management of Ultra HNI Customers
- Graduation / Post Graduation ( Marketing or FInance)
- Certifications - AMFI. NCFM. CAIIB, IRDA
- Sales and Influencing Skills
- Knowledge of Banking products
- Relationship Management & Negotiation Skills
- Planning and Organizing skills
- Excellent Communication
- Knowledge of competition & Current Trends in Financial Industry
