- Inventory Control: Monitor, track, and manage incoming raw materials and finished goods to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Dispatched & Received Goods: Oversee the loading, unloading, and verification of shipments against purchase orders and delivery challans.
- Stock Audits: Conduct regular physical stock verification, cycle counts, and reconcile physical inventory with accounting software systems to eliminate discrepancies.
- Storage Optimization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, ensuring efficient spatial layout and proper storage conditions.
- Ledger Maintenance: Maintain up-to-date and accurate general ledgers, daybooks, and accounts payable/receivable records.
- Invoicing & Billing: Generate, verify, and raise commercial invoices accurately for clients and outlets.
- Vendor & Payment Coordination: Reconcile vendor statements, manage payment schedules, and handle payment approvals and processing.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly financial summaries, cash flow statements, and tax-related documentation (GST/TDS compliance).
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
