What You’ll Work On:
- End-to-end ROC & corporate secretarial compliances
- FEMA, FDI, and transaction-related filings
- Secretarial audits & due diligence
- ESOPs, fundraising, and startup structuring
What We’re Looking For:
- CS Executive cleared / pursuing Professional
- 1–3 years in a CA/CS firm
- Strong ownership mindset & client handling ability
