Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Full Stack Developer to build and scale modern web applications end-to-end. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in frontend development using Next.js and TypeScript, along with backend development expertise and PostgreSQL database management.
Candidates with exposure to AI automation, RAG pipelines, and modern AI integration patterns will have an added advantage.
Technology Stack
- Frontend: Next.js, React.js, TypeScript
- Backend: Python (FastAPI preferred) / Java (Spring Boot preferred)
- Database: PostgreSQL
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using Next.js and backend services.
- Develop secure and efficient REST APIs and/or GraphQL services.
- Design and optimize PostgreSQL schemas, queries, indexing, and database migrations.
- Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth2, SSO, RBAC/ABAC).
- Ensure production readiness through debugging, observability, monitoring, and performance tuning.
- Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of software development experience with production-level ownership.
- Strong experience in:
- Next.js / React.js
- TypeScript
- SSR / CSR / SSG concepts
- Backend API development
- PostgreSQL query optimization and transactions
- Understanding of:
- Data structures & algorithms
- Clean architecture & secure coding
- Distributed systems concepts
- Caching, queues, retries, async processing, and idempotency
- Strong debugging and code review skills.
Added Advantage
- Experience with AI automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, or custom orchestration.
- Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
- MCP-style tool integrations and agent-based workflows.
- Exposure to AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes.
- Messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
Eligibility
- Equivalent hands-on experience and demonstrable project ownership are highly valued.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
