Job Title: Product Manager – AI Solutions

Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive product vision, roadmap, and success metrics
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize product and customer requirements
- Translate complex business problems into structured, scalable product solutions Collaborate with engineering, design, and AI/ML teams to build high-impact products
- Own the product lifecycle end-to-end: ideation → development → launch → iteration Manage timelines, priorities, and cross-functional coordination
- Engage directly with client stakeholders to understand business workflows and identify opportunities
- Work from client sites when required to gain first-hand insights into requirements and operations
- Convert client requirements into detailed product specifications, PRDs, and user stories Ensure strong alignment between client expectations and technical execution
- Monitor product performance using data and user feedback, and drive continuous improvements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in Product Management or Product Development
- Strong technical understanding (AI/ML exposure is a plus)
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, business)
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex challenges
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical and data-driven mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on AI/ML or data-driven products
- Prior experience in a client-facing or consulting-style role

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
