Job Description: Business Development Associate (Fresher – Closure Track)
Role Overview:
This is a sales-focused role with a clear path to closing deals, not just lead generation. You’ll be trained to handle real business conversations, understand buyer intent, and gradually move prospects toward decisions. The role combines smart outreach, demand generation, and conversation intelligence—with the end goal of conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Initiate and manage conversations across LinkedIn, Telegram, email, and online platforms
2. Understand prospect requirements and identify decision signals
3.Support in moving conversations from interest → intent → closureLearn
4. objection handling and negotiation fundamentals
5.Maintain structured follow-ups and deal tracking
6.Assist in onboarding and closing coordination Continuously refine messaging based on response patterns
What We’re Looking For
1. Strong communication (written + verbal) Hunger to move beyond “just leads” and learn closing skills
2.Ability to think, adapt, and respond—not rely on scripts
3.Active on digital platforms and comfortable initiating conversations
