Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily administrative tasks and ensure smooth functioning of the office.
- Support calendar management, schedule meetings, make travel arrangements, and coordinate logistics when required.
- Coordinate with vendors and the internal team to process payments.
- Generate weekly billing reports and raise invoices as required.
- Maintain records of bills, expense sheets, and reimbursements on a regular basis.
- Coordinate on office-related expenses and assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Handle any other ad hoc tasks as required.
Other requirements
- A self-starter attitude with a driven, outgoing, and inquisitive personality.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Ability to think independently.
- Ability to communicate without hesitation/shyness.
