Job Responsibilities:
- Contact prospective customers through outbound and inbound calls.
- Explain insurance products and policy benefits clearly to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans.
- Convert leads into policy sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular customer engagement.
- Assist customers in policy issuance, renewal, and basic service-related queries.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth policy processing
