Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote investment plans.
- Generate new leads through cold calling and marketing campaigns
- Convert leads into sales by persuading customers over the phone
- Achieve daily/weekly outbound call targets (typically 5–10 calls per hour)
- Explain investment plans clearly to prospects
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate product information
- Follow up on previous calls and nurture leads until conversion
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Address customer objections and handle rejections professionally
- Maintain detailed records of all calls, feedback, and customer interactions
- Update customer data and call logs in CRM software.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align messaging and strategies
- Share market feedback and customer insights with the management team
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales skills

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
