Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our Creative/Marketing team. In this role, you will design engaging visual content that strengthens our brand identity across digital and print platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher or early-career designer to grow their skills while working on real-world projects in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Create social media posts, banners, posters, brochures, presentations, and other marketing creatives
- Develop designs that align with brand guidelines and visual identity
- Edit images and create visually appealing, on-brand layouts
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, HR, and other cross-functional teams
- Incorporate feedback and make design revisions in a timely manner
- Manage multiple design tasks simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Canva
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
- Basic knowledge of Figma or CorelDRAW is an advantage
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and layout
- Creativity and a keen eye for detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field. Freshers with relevant skills and a strong portfolio are also welcome to apply.
Portfolio
Candidates must be able to share a portfolio showcasing academic, freelance, internship, or personal design projects.
Good-to-Have Skills
