Key Responsibilities: Training & Student Development
- Design, develop, and deliver high-impact soft skills and placement training for students, fresh graduates, and working professionals.
- Conduct highly interactive sessions on Communication Skills, Business Etiquette, Personality Development, and Emotional Intelligence.
- Prepare students for campus placements through Mock Interviews, Resume Building, Group Discussions, and Aptitude-building exercises.
- Facilitate engaging activities including role plays, case studies, and team-building exercises.
- Assess trainees through assignments and structured feedback to improve their overall employability.
- Develop and update training materials, worksheets, and presentations based on the latest industry trends.
Key Responsibilities: Institutional Acquisition (B2B)
- Deliver compelling presentations to college principals, directors, and management boards to showcase the value of Afresh Scholars' programs.
- Actively contribute to business growth by converting pitches into official institutional tie-ups.
- Act as the primary bridge between Afresh Scholars and educational institutions, building strong, long-term relationships with academic leaders.
What You Bring (Required Skills)
- Experience: Proven background as a Soft Skills Trainer, Placement Trainer, Corporate Trainer, or Educator.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills (Malayalam proficiency is highly preferred).
- Stage Presence: Outstanding presentation and facilitation abilities—you must be comfortable commanding a classroom of students or a boardroom of executives.
- Persuasion: A natural ability to pitch, negotiate, and influence key decision-makers in the education sector.
- Empathy & Drive: A genuine alignment with our mission to remove financial barriers to education.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently across partner colleges and institutions.
