Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and self-motivated Desktop Support Engineer.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing Outlook and Office 365 environments, working knowledge of handling the servers, hardware and network troubleshooting, and working confidently with both remote and on-site users. The candidate should be well-versed in ticketing tools, service level agreements (SLAs), incident resolution, and service requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support for Outlook, Office 365, Windows desktops
- Hardware and basic network troubleshooting
- Handle Tickets, SLAs, incidents, and service requests
- Perform remote and on-site technical support
- Conduct root cause analysis and resolve escalations
- Manage desktop patching and updates
- Handle domain joins and apply group policies
- Handling day-to-day technical issues.
- Maintaining servers, routers and switches.
- Maintenance of UPS and UPS power points.
- Maintaining IT stock on regular basis.
- Responsible to maintain the time machine for attendance, issue photo ID and access cards.
- Maintenance of voice and data point ports.
- Issue Desktops and laptops as per the requirement.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
