We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious Business Development Executive to join our growing team and help expand our global event portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
-Identify and engage potential delegates, speakers, sponsors, and partners for international conferences and business events.
-Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn networking, and market research.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level executives and industry leaders.
-Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
-Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
-Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
-Collaborate with marketing and event production teams to ensure successful event delivery.
-Stay updated on industry trends and market developments.
Requirements
-Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
-1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Lead Generation, or B2B Event Sales.
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
-Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
-Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, and email outreach tools is an advantage.
-Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
