About the Role
Kalyani Car Jewels is looking for an experienced and motivated Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our car detailing showroom. The ideal candidate should be passionate about customer service, team leadership, and driving sales while ensuring smooth showroom operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the showroom.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales and service teams.
- Ensure excellent customer experience from enquiry to vehicle delivery.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Coordinate service schedules for detailing, ceramic coating, PPF, wrapping, and car accessories.
- Monitor inventory and ensure timely stock replenishment.
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and after-sales support.
- Prepare daily sales reports, cash reports, and operational updates.
- Maintain showroom standards, cleanliness, and visual presentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in retail, automobile, or car accessories.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer handling and sales abilities.
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, billing software, and inventory management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
