Project Sales Manager
Industry: Construction / Building Materials
Key Responsibilities:
Project Sales & Business Development – Identify and develop new business opportunities across private, government, institutional and infrastructure projects.
Private & Government Sales – Handle project sales with builders, developers, contractors, architects, consultants, government departments and PSUs; experience in government tenders will be an added advantage.
Construction Industry Experience – Candidates with proven experience in building materials, construction, infrastructure or allied industries will be preferred.
End-to-End Project Handling – Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, product specification and approvals to negotiation, order closure and collection.
Team Leadership – Lead, guide and motivate the project sales team, set targets, review performance and ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales goals.
Client & Market Development – Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, identify upcoming projects, expand the customer network and monitor competitor activities.
Target & Revenue Achievement – Drive project pipeline, improve conversion, achieve sales targets and ensure profitable business growth through strong negotiation and commercial skills.
Ideal Candidate: A result-oriented sales professional with strong project sales experience, excellent client relationships, government & private project exposure, and proven team-handling capabilities.
