1. 500 Lead Ownership Rule
Each Business Intelligence Officer (BIO) is assigned 500 database leads. These 500 leads are the sole responsibility of the assigned BIO. No external database work is permitted unless officially approved.
2. Daily Call Discipline
- Minimum 50 attended calls per day (meaningful business conversations only).
- Daily reporting submission is mandatory.
- If 50 attended calls are not completed, a fine of ₹250 will be applicable per day.
3. Daily Trust-Building Zoom Requirement
- Minimum 1 Zoom / Video Call per day from assigned database.
- Purpose: Build trust, qualify business, and strengthen relationship.
- Zoom summary must be updated in CRM with discussion notes.
4. Visiting Card & Physical Validation Rule
From the assigned 500 leads only:
- Contact and verify the business.
- Visit physically wherever possible.
- Collect visiting card.
- Take clear photo and upload in official group.
- Attach visiting card image inside CRM.
- Minimum 15 to 30 physical business visits per month is mandatory.
Note: Without visiting card attachment, the lead is considered unverified.
5. Compulsory CRM Data Requirements
Each lead must contain the following complete information:
Business Identity:
- Owner Name
- Business Name
- Industry
- Years in Business
Location Intelligence:
- City
- District
- State
- Business Type (Shop / Factory / Office / Trading / Manufacturing)
Business Strength:
- Number of Staff
- Monthly Turnover Range
- Importing (Yes/No)
- Exporting (Yes/No)
- Expansion Plan (Yes/No)
Incomplete CRM entries will be treated as invalid leads.
6. Daily Minimum Targets
- 50 Attended Calls
- 1 Trust-Building Zoom Call
- 5 Visiting Card Attachments
- 10 Fully Completed CRM Profiles
7. Performance Evaluation Criteria
Performance will be evaluated based on:
- CRM Completion Percentage
- Verified Visiting Card Attachments
- Monthly Physical Visit Count (15–30 mandatory)
- Zoom Engagement Quality
- Data Accuracy
- Lead Qualification Quality
- Conversion Performance
