Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Care Support professional to manage customer interactions, resolve complaints, and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and prior experience in customer handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Respond to customer queries through phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently
- Maintain customer records and update CRM/software
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
- Follow up with customers regarding pending issues
- Provide accurate information about company services
- Maintain positive customer relationships
Requirements
- Any Degree/Diploma
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support/customer service
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English
- Basic computer knowledge
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle customer escalations professionally
- Immediate joiners preferred
