Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day interior fit-out activities at the project site.
- Review architectural and interior drawings and ensure execution as per approved plans.
- Coordinate with project managers, designers, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors for smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress and ensure completion within the scheduled timeline.
- Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to company standards.
- Conduct site measurements and prepare quantity estimates as required.
- Monitor material deliveries, usage, and inventory at the site.
- Resolve on-site technical issues and provide practical solutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site protocols.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Attend client meetings and provide project updates.
- Verify contractor bills and maintain project documentation.
- Coordinate snag rectification and project handover activities.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
