We are looking for a dynamic and student-focused Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students and parents through the admission process. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, counseling students, explaining courses, following up with prospects, and converting inquiries into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inquiries from students and parents through calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
- Understand students' educational goals and recommend suitable courses/programs.
- Explain course details, eligibility, fees, scholarships, and admission procedures.
- Follow up regularly with prospective students and maintain the admission pipeline.
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed admissions/enrollments.
- Achieve monthly admission/enrollment targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admission status.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams during the admission process.
- Participate in education fairs, seminars, school/college visits, and other promotional activities when required.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive relationship with students and parents.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1 years of experience in admission counseling, education sales, inside sales, telecalling, or a similar role.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
