Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SmartPlant P&ID (SPPID) Administrator to support major Oil & Gas projects. The role involves administration, configuration, customization, and maintenance of SmartPlant P&ID systems, ensuring accurate management of engineering data and seamless integration with other engineering applications throughout FEED, Detailed Engineering, and EPC project phases.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and maintain SmartPlant P&ID (SPPID) environments and project databases.
- Perform project setup, user management, access control, and system configuration.
- Develop and maintain templates, symbols, reports, naming conventions, and project standards.
- Support creation and management of intelligent P&IDs and engineering data.
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and compliance with project and client requirements.
- Manage database administration, backups, restoration, and system performance.
- Support integration with SmartPlant Foundation (SPF/SDx), SmartPlant Instrumentation (SPI), Smart 3D (SP3D), and other engineering systems.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and user training to engineering teams.
- Coordinate with Process, Piping, Instrumentation, and Design disciplines to ensure accurate project execution.
- Support engineering data handover and digital delivery requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, or related Engineering discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in SmartPlant P&ID (SPPID) Administration/Support within Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or EPC projects.
- Experience supporting FEED, Detailed Engineering, Brownfield, and Greenfield projects.
- Middle East project experience preferred.

Preferred Competencies

- Prior experience working on projects for major Middle East National Oil Companies (NOCs) will be an advantage; direct ADNOC project experience will be considered a strong plus.
- Familiarity with owner-operator engineering standards, specifications, and digital engineering requirements.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
