Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Coordinator to manage the planning, coordination, and execution of prefabricated structure projects. The candidate will act as a bridge between the client, site team, design team, procurement, production, and management to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and with the required quality standards.
Roles & ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Coordination
- Coordinate all project activities from order receipt to project handover.
- Prepare project execution schedules and monitor progress.
- Coordinate with design, production, procurement, logistics, and site execution teams.
- Track project milestones and ensure timely completion.
Client Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Attend client meetings (online/offline).
- Follow up for approvals of drawings, materials, and work execution.
- Resolve client queries and maintain good relationships.
Site Coordination
- Coordinate daily with Site Engineers and Project Managers.
- Monitor manpower, equipment, and material availability.
- Ensure site activities are executed as per approved drawings.
- Track daily progress and resolve site issues promptly.
Procurement & Logistics
- Coordinate with the purchase department for timely procurement.
- Monitor material dispatch and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate transportation of prefab materials to project sites.
- Ensure no delays due to material shortages.
Drawing & Documentation
- Coordinate with the design team for GA, fabrication, and shop drawings.
- Maintain records of revisions and approvals.
- Prepare and update project documentation.
- Maintain project files and correspondence.
Project Monitoring
- Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Progress Reports.
- Update project status to management.
- Identify project risks and suggest corrective actions.
- Track pending activities and ensure timely closure.
Billing & Commercial Coordination
- Coordinate with billing and accounts departments.
- Ensure measurement sheets are prepared on time.
- Follow up for client certifications and invoices.
- Track project payments and outstanding dues.
Quality & Safety
- Ensure work is executed as per quality standards.
- Coordinate with QA/QC and EHS teams.
- Monitor compliance with safety requirements.
- Report quality issues and ensure corrective actions.
MIS & Reporting
- Maintain project dashboards and trackers.
- Prepare MOM (Minutes of Meeting).
- Submit daily progress reports to management.
- Maintain project documentation and records.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of MS Project or Primavera is an advantage.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Good planning and multitasking abilities.
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with prefabricated structures, PEB, and modular construction.

Qualifications
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in Prefabricated Structures, PEB, or Construction Projects.
- Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
