Job Overview
We are looking for a Senior React & React Native Developer with 4+ years of professional experience to lead the development of our web and mobile applications. You will be responsible for architecture decisions, building high-performance cross-platform apps, and ensuring code quality across the team. This role requires an engineer who can move seamlessly between a web-based React environment and a mobile React Native codebase.
Key Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Architect and write production-ready code for complex React.js web apps and React Native mobile apps.
- Component Design: Build modular, reusable components and scalable design systems for both platforms.
- State & Data Management: Establish reliable frontend state management architectures using Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or React Query.
- App Store Management: Own the end-to-end mobile publishing lifecycle, including TestFlight, Apple App Store, and Google Play Console.
- Performance Tuning: Optimize web rendering speeds, minimize mobile app bundle sizes, and fix UI jank or memory leaks.
- Native Integration: Write or configure native modules and bridges to connect JavaScript with native iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin) code when needed.
- Mentorship & Review: Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior developers to uphold high engineering standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in frontend web and mobile app development.
- React Master: Expert-level knowledge of React.js, React Native, Hooks, and modern JavaScript lifecycle methods.
- Strong Type Safety: Deep, practical experience using TypeScript to build highly maintainable, type-safe codebases.
- Mobile Ecosystems: Proven track record of shipping production apps using React Native CLI or Expo, with a deep understanding of mobile UI/UX guidelines.
- Testing Standards: Proficiency in writing automated test suites using Jest, React Testing Library, or Detox.
- Tools & DevOps: Strong command over Git workflows, automated CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Bitrise, GitHub Actions, Fastlane), and crash-reporting tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
