Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to provide administrative and executive support to the Management/CEO. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating with internal teams, maintaining confidential information, and ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day executive and administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Management/CEO's calendar, appointments, and daily schedule.
- Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with various departments to collect updates, reports, and action items as required by Management.
- Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes of meetings (MoM), and track action items to ensure timely closure.
- Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of Management.
- Organize business travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and travel itineraries, whenever required.
- Maintain confidential files, documents, and executive records with a high level of discretion.
- Prepare presentations, reports, letters, and other business documents.
- Act as a liaison between Management and internal teams to ensure seamless communication.
- Follow up with stakeholders on pending tasks, deadlines, and commitments.
- Assist in organizing leadership meetings, events, and business engagements.
- Maintain records, documentation, and filing systems in an organized manner.
- Support Management with day-to-day administrative, secretarial, and executive assistance activities.
- Perform any additional administrative duties assigned by Management from time to time.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Secretary, or similar role.
- Experience supporting senior management or C-level executives will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,533.16 - ₹35,078.95 per month
