We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Tele Caller to join our career counselling team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting students and parents, explaining counselling services, generating leads, scheduling counselling sessions, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Call prospective students and parents from provided databases and leads.
- Explain career counselling programs, courses, and admission processes.
- Follow up on inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and SMS.
- Schedule appointments for career counselling sessions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and student interactions in CRM/software.
- Generate and qualify leads for the counselling team.
- Handle basic queries related to courses, careers, colleges, and services.
- Build positive relationships with students and parents.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with counsellors and the admissions team.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Good telephone etiquette and listening ability.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, email).
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
Preferred Experience
- 0–3 years in:
- Telecalling

Job Location
