Job Summary
The Centre Head is responsible for driving the overall profitability, smooth daily operations, and high-quality service delivery of the premium wellness hub. This role focuses on maximizing center foot traffic, optimizing client scheduling, managing the front-desk and clinic staff, and achieving monthly sales and retention targets.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Management: Oversee daily clinic operations, ensure optimal scheduling of client bookings, maintain strict inventory controls for premium serums/products, and ensure optimal machine/equipment utility.
Sales & Business Development: Actively drive revenue by converting inquiries, managing upselling/cross-selling of advanced skin, hair, and weight loss packages, and executing promotional strategies to boost foot traffic.
Client Relations & Retention: Maintain exceptional client satisfaction standards, address grievances promptly, and manage diligent follow-up procedures to sustain the hub's premium client retention rate.
Team Leadership: Lead, train, and manage the front-desk executives, beauticians, and center staff, ensuring strict compliance with clinic protocols, grooming standards, and timings.
Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven experience as a Center Manager, Assistant Center Manager, or Front Office Manager in premium wellness hubs, aesthetic/laser clinics, sliming centers, hospitality, or high-end salons.
Key Skills:Strong cross-selling/sales conversion skills, excellent client relationship management, and team handling capability.
Attributes: Great presentation and verbal communication skills (English/Hindi). Must be comfortable working in a goal-driven environment with work-from-office logistics (typically Tuesday to Sunday schedules in this industry).
