- Plan and deliver engaging lessons as per the CBSE curriculum.
- Teach core subjects including English, Mathematics, EVS, and other assigned subjects.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, teaching aids, and classroom activities.
- Create a safe, positive, and child-friendly classroom environment.
- Assess students through classwork, homework, projects, and periodic assessments.
- Maintain student records, attendance, report cards, and academic documentation.
- Identify learning gaps and provide remedial support to students.
- Foster students' academic, social, emotional, and moral development.
- Maintain classroom discipline using positive and child-centric approaches.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding students' progress and conduct Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs).
- Organize and participate in school events, assemblies, competitions, and field trips.
- Collaborate with coordinators and fellow teachers for curriculum planning and school initiatives.
- Integrate digital learning tools and smart classroom technology into teaching.
- Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development programs.
- Uphold school policies, ensure student safety, and perform additional responsibilities assigned by the Principal or Management.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
