Job Summary:
We are looking for an IT Executive /Sr. IT Executive who will be responsible for supporting and managing , lab instrument interfaces, camera systems, CRM, and hardware troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage complete network infrastructure across all collection centers
- Installation, maintenance & troubleshooting of hardware systems
- Handle LAN/WAN, internet connectivity, VPN & server support
- Monitor and installation of CCTV, printer & system networking
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement & AMC
- Ensure smooth functioning of laboratory software and IT systems
- Data backup, cybersecurity & system security management
- Provide remote and on-site technical support to branches
Key Skills & Knowledge:
· Good understanding of laboratory operations.
· Strong knowledge of Networking & Hardware Troubleshooting (including cameras and instruments).
· Knowledge of Routers, Switches, Firewalls & Servers
· Experience with laboratory workflows and Software.
· Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Experience
- Minimum 1–3 Years experience in Network & Hardware Management
- Experience in healthcare/diagnostic industry preferred
Qualification
- B.Tech / Diploma in IT, Hardware & Networking or related field
- Certification in Networking/Hardware will be preferred

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
