Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their home décor requirements.
- Recommend suitable furniture, furnishings, lighting, décor accessories, and other home décor products.
- Explain product features, pricing, offers, and warranty details.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
- Follow up with potential customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, or email.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the showroom is clean and organized.
- Coordinate with the inventory and warehouse team regarding product availability.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, and invoices as required.
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Stay updated on the latest home décor trends and new product launches.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree or Higher Secondary (+2) with relevant sales experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, showroom sales, or home décor sales preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, billing software, CRM).
- Customer-oriented with good negotiation and selling skills.
- Ability to work on weekends and holidays as per showroom schedule.

Salary
₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
