About the Role :
Techsprout AI Labs is looking for energetic Field Sales Executives to promote GoSplash.ai, our AI-powered SaaS solution for jewellery businesses. If you're passionate about sales, enjoy meeting clients face-to-face, and can confidently explain and sell technology solutions, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities :
✔ Visit jewellery stores across Hyderabad to generate new business opportunities.
✔ Demonstrate GoSplash.ai and explain its features, pricing, and business benefits.
✔ Build relationships with jewellery store owners and decision-makers.
✔ Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
✔ Convert leads into customers and achieve sales targets.
✔ Maintain CRM records and follow up with prospects.
✔ Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
What we're Looking for :
✅ Freshers to 2 years of experience in Field Sales, Retail Sales, Jewellery Sales, or SaaS Sales.
✅ MBA (Marketing/Sales) preferred; graduates with a passion for sales are welcome.
✅ Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
✅ Target-oriented mindset with willingness to travel across Hyderabad.
✅ Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
