Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in customizing and extending ServiceNow applications to meet business needs.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within ServiceNow environments.
- Familiarity with scripting languages and integration techniques relevant to ServiceNow platforms.
