- Perform chemical analysis of bauxite, alumina, process liquor, and environmental samples.
- Wet chemical analysis and analytical chemistry techniques.
- Conduct routine and non-routine chemical analysis of:
- Alumina hydrate
- Calcined alumina
- Bauxite ore
- Caustic liquor and process solutions
- Operate laboratory instruments such as XRF, ICP, AAS, and UV-Vis spectrophotometers.
- Prepare samples, reagents, and calibration standards.
- Record, analyze, and report test results accurately.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and documentation.
- Prepare samples, reagents, standards, and calibration solutions.
