Ankhor Dental Lab is a high-precision dental laboratory specializing in ceramic and zirconia restorations, implant prosthetics, and digital workflows. With advanced CAD-CAM infrastructure and ISO 13485 certified lab , we partner with dentists to deliver predictable, high-quality restorations with fast turnaround times.
ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a BDS-qualified Clinical Business Development Executive to act as a bridge between dental clinics and our lab.
This role involves doctor engagement, case coordination, product promotion, and workflow management to ensure smooth communication and increased case flow.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Doctor Engagement & Business Development
- Visit dental clinics to introduce Ankhor Dental Lab services
- Onboard new dentists and build long-term professional relationships
- Promote digital workflows and lab capabilities
- Generate consistent case inflow from clinics
2. Case Coordination & Communication
- Guide doctors in submitting accurate case details (scans/impressions/Rx)
- Ensure completeness of prescriptions before lab processing
- Act as a communication bridge between clinic and lab team
- Track cases and ensure timely delivery
3. Product Promotion (PropedoZR & Digital Solutions)
- Educate doctors on unique products and solutions
- Demonstrate benefits and clinical applications
- Handle objections related to pricing, comparison, and usability
- Drive adoption of digital dentistry solutions

4. Error Reduction & Workflow Improvement
- Identify common clinical/lab errors
- Train and guide doctors to minimize remakes
- Ensure compliance with lab protocols
- Improve overall case accuracy and efficiency
5. Relationship Management
- Maintain strong follow-ups with existing clients
- Resolve complaints and service issues promptly
- Build trust and ensure repeat business
6. Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Maintain daily visit and activity reports
- Track new doctor conversions and case volumes
- Provide weekly performance updates
QUALIFICATIONS
Mandatory:
- BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery)
Preferred:
- 1–3 years clinical or dental sales experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel locally for clinic visits
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Clinical understanding of dental procedures
- Communication & presentation skills
- Basic knowledge of implants/prosthetics (preferred)
- Problem-solving and coordination ability
- Confidence in handling professional discussions with doctors
WORK TIMINGS
- 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM
- 6 days a week (Sunday off)
- Field-based role (clinic visits across Chennai)
SALARY & BENEFITS
Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000/month for probation period followed by confirmation and salary review

Earning potential: ₹40,000 – ₹80,000/month
