About the Role
We are seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter with strong expertise in hiring across modern software development and emerging technology domains. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of technical roles spanning frontend, backend, full-stack, cloud, Descopes, infrastructure, data engineering, cybersecurity, and QA/testing.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for US-based clients, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements across diverse software domains and deliver high-quality talent.
- Source candidates through job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed), LinkedIn, and other networking platforms.
- Screen candidates for both technical proficiency and cultural fit, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Coordinate interviews, manage feedback loops, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Handle offer negotiation, compliance checks, and onboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in ATS systems and generate recruitment reports.
- Stay updated on technology trends, tools, and skillsets to effectively evaluate candidates.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in US IT recruitment within the software/technology domain.
- Proven experience hiring for technical roles across software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience working with MSP/VMS models and System Integrators.
- Strong knowledge of US staffing processes, including: W2, C2C, and Contract-to-Hire
- US tax terms and employment compliance.
- Experience recruiting for technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, QA, Cybersecurity, SAP, and ERP.
- Must have experience in US recruitment, with a proven track record of working on public sector/government client requirements.
- Expertise in sourcing through job boards and social platforms.
