Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons in accordance with the prescribed curriculum.
- Teach grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
- Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and effective communication among students.
- Assess, evaluate, and monitor student performance through assignments, tests, projects, and examinations.
- Provide constructive feedback and implement remedial support where necessary.
- Maintain accurate student records, attendance, and academic reports.
- Develop lesson plans, worksheets, question papers, and other instructional materials.
- Integrate technology and innovative teaching methods into classroom instruction.
- Manage classroom discipline and create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
- Prepare students for school assessments, competitions, and external examinations as applicable.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and behavioral concerns.
- Participate in staff meetings, parent-teacher meetings, workshops, training programs, and school events.
- Perform other academic and administrative duties assigned by the school management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English or a related field.
- Bachelor's Degree in Education (B.Ed.) from a recognized institution.
- TGT qualification as per applicable educational board/government norms.
- Strong command of spoken and written English.
Experience
- 2–5 years of teaching experience in a recognized school (preferred).
- Freshers with excellent subject knowledge and communication skills may also be considered.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
