The HR & Administration Executive will be responsible for building discipline, accountability, employee engagement, recruitment, and administrative follow-up systems across the company. Since Saimax is a growing entrepreneurial business with a young workforce (average age ~ 28 years), the role requires a proactive person who can ensure that policies are followed, tasks are tracked, employees are supported, and management receives timely updates.
This is not a payroll-processing-only HR role. It is a people management, coordination, and execution role.

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience: 2–5 years in HR & Administration.
- Education: MBA HR / BBA HR / MHRM or equivalent.
- Experience in SME, manufacturing, trading, engineering, or industrial companies preferred.
- Comfortable working in a fast-growing organization where systems are still evolving.

Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Hiring
- Coordinate manpower requirements with department heads.
- Create and publish job advertisements.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Schedule interviews with department heads and management.
- Maintain candidate databases and hiring trackers.
- Conduct reference checks where required.
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new employees.
KPI
- Average hiring closure time.
- Number of positions filled on time.
- New employee retention after 6 months.
2. Employee Onboarding & Induction
- Conduct joining formalities.
- Collect and maintain employee documents.
- Explain company rules, policies, and expectations.
- Coordinate department-wise induction.
- Monitor employee progress during probation.

- 100% onboarding checklist completion.
- Probation review completion on time.
3. Attendance & Discipline Management
- Monitor daily attendance.
- Track late arrivals, absenteeism, and leave.
- Follow up with employees for attendance discrepancies.
- Maintain attendance records and reports.
- Ensure compliance with company discipline policies.

- Attendance reports submitted on schedule.
- Reduction in late-coming incidents.

4. Employee Performance Follow-up
- Coordinate monthly performance reviews.
- Follow up on departmental KRAs and KPIs.
- Maintain performance records.

5. Employee Engagement & Retention
- Conduct employee feedback discussions.

6. Training & Development
- Maintain training records.
- Schedule internal and external training programs.

7. Administration & Follow-up Responsibilities
This is a critical responsibility for Saimax.
Administrative Coordination
- Follow up on office maintenance requirements.
- Coordinate housekeeping, security, and office support staff.
- Maintain office assets and records.
- Coordinate uniforms, ID cards, and employee facilities.
- Ensure availability of office supplies.
Management Follow-up
- Track management-assigned action items.
- Follow up with departments on pending tasks.
- Maintain action trackers.
- Escalate overdue items.
- Conduct periodic status reviews.
Vendor & Service Follow-up
- Coordinate with service providers.
- Track AMC renewals.
- Follow up on repairs and maintenance.
- Maintain vendor contact records.
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain employee files.
- Coordinate labour law compliance documentation.
- Maintain statutory records.
- Support audits and inspections.

8. HR MIS & Reporting
Prepare and submit:

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
