We are looking for an experienced Technical Scrum Master to lead Agile practices and support software development teams. The candidate should have strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile methodologies, SDLC, sprint planning, and technical project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Ensure Agile ceremonies are conducted effectively and on schedule.
- Track sprint progress and identify delivery risks or delays.
- Help remove blockers by coordinating with engineering, product, QA, and customer-facing teams.
- Ensure sprint goals and commitments are realistic and achievable.
- Manage sprint backlogs, team velocity, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
- Monitor Agile metrics and support continuous process improvement.
- Promote collaboration, transparency, accountability, and Agile best practices.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SDLC.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
- Understanding of software development, APIs, testing, and release processes.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and team coordination skills.
- Scrum certifications such as CSM or PSM are preferred.
