1. Provide basic patient care such as bathing, feeding and dressing.
2. Monitor the patient’s vital signs like temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
3. Administer medicines and treatments as prescribed by the doctor.
4. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the patient and surroundings.
5. Assist patients with mobility, exercise, and daily activities.
6. Observe and report changes in the patient’s condition to family or doctors.
7. Support elderly, disabled, or bedridden patients with comfort and care.
8. Prepare and maintain medical records and nursing notes.
9. Educate family members about proper patient care and safety.
10. Provide emotional support and ensure the patient’s overall well-being.
