Finance and Accounts Intern
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance and Accounts Intern to support our finance department. The intern will assist with day-to-day financial operations, including bookkeeping, financial analysis, and reporting. Key Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping and Record Keeping:

Assist in maintaining accurate financial records by entering data into accounting systems.

Help prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.
Accounts Payable & Receivable:

Help in managing accounts payable and receivable by tracking outstanding invoices and payments.

Assist in reconciling accounts and processing vendor payments.
Administrative Support:

Provide general administrative support to the finance department as needed.

Assist in maintaining financial records in both physical and digital formats.
Other Duties:

Support special projects and initiatives within the finance department.

Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving financial processes.
Requirements:

Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.

Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial concepts.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, etc.).

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
