Position : Operator (Solvent based Operator)
· Operate the Solvent-Based Lamination Machine safely and efficiently as per the production plan.
· Set up the machine, including adhesive mixing, coating weight, web tension, drying oven temperature, nip pressure, and line speed.
· Prepare and mix adhesives as per the approved formulation and process specifications.
· Achieve production targets in terms of productivity, quality, machine efficiency, and minimum wastage.
· Monitor lamination quality, ensuring proper bond strength, coating uniformity, and defect-free production.
· Inspect laminated rolls for defects such as wrinkles, bubbles, delamination, misalignment, solvent retention, and coating variations.
· Minimize material and adhesive wastage during setup and production.
· Maintain accurate Daily Production Reports (DPR), production records, and batch details.
· Perform routine machine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.
· Identify and resolve minor machine and process-related issues and coordinate with the maintenance team for major breakdowns.
· Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP, 5S, quality standards, and safety procedures, especially while handling solvents and adhesives.
· Coordinate with the Printing, Slitting, Quality, and Planning teams to ensure timely completion of production orders.
· Maintain proper housekeeping and safe storage of adhesives, solvents, and raw materials.
· Be willing to work in day, night, and rotational shifts as per production requirements.
Experience : Equivalent to 12th /ITI /Diploma With 01 to 5 Year Experience
