Job Summary
MIT Vishwashanti Gurukul School, Barshi is seeking a passionate and dedicated TGT Science Teacher to deliver engaging and effective Science education in accordance with CBSE curriculum standards. The candidate should possess strong subject knowledge, excellent classroom management skills, and the ability to foster scientific thinking and curiosity among students.
Preference
Local candidates will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Science to middle school students as per CBSE curriculum guidelines.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessments.
- Conduct practical experiments and activity-based learning sessions.
- Encourage scientific inquiry, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Monitor student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment.
- Participate in school activities, parent meetings, and academic events.
- Maintain academic records and ensure timely submission of reports.
- Utilize modern teaching methodologies and digital learning tools.
Required Qualification
- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or relevant Science discipline.
- B.Ed. is mandatory.
Experience
- Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in CBSE schools preferred.
- Freshers with strong subject knowledge may also apply.
Skills Required
- Strong subject knowledge and communication skills.
- Effective classroom management and student engagement abilities.
- Ability to conduct practical demonstrations and laboratory activities.
