Job Summary
The Production Supervisor will be responsible for supervising the complete PP Dana (Plastic Granules) manufacturing process, ensuring production targets, maintaining product quality, managing manpower, and ensuring safe and efficient plant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the complete PP Dana production line.
- Allocate manpower and monitor daily attendance.
- Ensure production targets are achieved on time.
- Coordinate with machine operators and labour for smooth production.
- Monitor raw material feeding, machine parameters, and finished product quality.
- Reduce production losses, wastage, and downtime.
- Maintain daily production reports, shift reports, and machine logs.
- Coordinate with the Maintenance team for machine breakdowns.
- Ensure proper packing, labeling, and storage of finished goods.
- Maintain housekeeping and implement 5S practices in the production area.
- Enforce safety rules and ensure proper use of PPE.
- Train new workers and monitor their performance.
- Coordinate with the Quality Control team to maintain product standards.
- Report production status, issues, and improvement opportunities to management.
Qualifications
- Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical, Plastic, Polymer, or Production Engineering (Preferred), or Graduate with relevant experience.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a Plastic Extrusion / PP Dana / Recycling Manufacturing Plant.
- Experience in handling production manpower is preferred.
Skills Required
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good understanding of PP Dana manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of extrusion machines and production planning.
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, production reporting).
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Working Hours
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
