Hibis Hotels & Resorts is a premium hospitality property located in Morjim, Goa, offering luxury stays, excellent dining experiences, and personalized guest services. We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Manager to join our growing team and help expand our guest base and corporate partnerships.
Job Responsibilities
- Generate new leads for room bookings, group bookings, and corporate clients
- Develop relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and corporate partners
- Promote hotel packages, seasonal offers, and special deals
- Coordinate with the reservations and front office team for booking confirmations
- Maintain client database and follow up with potential customers
- Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Represent the hotel professionally when interacting with clients
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in hotel sales, travel sales, or hospitality industry
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to generate leads and convert inquiries into bookings
- Basic knowledge of hotel booking platforms and email communication
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
