Key Responsibilities
· Office Administration: Oversee daily office operations, maintain a safe working environment, and ensure facility compliance with company policies.
· Vendor & Inventory Management: Monitor and procure office supplies, manage pantry inventory, and negotiate contracts with external service providers.
· Scheduling & Travel: Coordinate executive calendars, manage meeting rooms, and organize both domestic and international travel arrangements.
· Documentation: Manage filing systems (physical and digital), update company databases, and draft reports, contracts, and memos.
· Cross-Functional Support: Assist HR and Finance teams with onboarding, payroll documentation, and employee expense reports.
· Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal inquiries, client emails, and visitor management
Essential Qualifications & Skills
o Experience: Proven track record in office management, administrative operations, or as an executive assistant.
o Technical Proficiency: High command of productivity tools like Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and office communication platforms.
o Soft Skills: Exceptional multitasking, strong time-management, and high emotional intelligence to handle confidential information with discretion.
o Communication: Superb verbal and written communication skills to liaise professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience: 6 to 10 years
Education: Any Degree
Salary: As per Industry standards
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
