Location: Ahmedabad Job Type: Full-Time Eternity Australia Optical is looking for an experienced and responsible E-commerce & Business Operations Manager to manage and coordinate our India back-office operations. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate with the web developer for website development, improvements and regular updates. • Ensure that all important website content, product information, prices, banners and policies are correctly maintained. • Manage Amazon Seller Central and other online marketplace accounts. • Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, orders and customer queries. • Handle sales reporting, stock control and inventory management. • Coordinate with warehouse, delivery partners, vendors and other service providers. • Monitor online orders, returns, refunds and dispatches. • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales and inventory reports. • Support the management in expanding the brand across India. • Take responsibility for the smooth day-to-day operation of the Indian office. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in BBA, B.Com, MBA, Marketing, E-commerce or a related field. • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce or business operations. • Experience with Amazon Seller Central is preferred. • Knowledge of Shopify, WooCommerce or other e-commerce websites. • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. • Good communication skills in English, Hindi and Gujarati. • Strong organisational, reporting and problem-solving skills. • Candidate must be honest, responsible and able to work independently.
