About the Opportunity
Bluedge Outsourcing OPC is inviting applications for a Compliance Trainee – Education Compliance & Internal Audit Support.The opportunity is suitable for students, fresh graduates, and early-career applicants interested in developing practical experience and building a career in education compliance, quality assurance, internal auditing, or education administration.
Training and mentoring will be provided to the successful applicant.Nature of Position: Full-time
Mode: 100% remote/work from home
Work Schedule: Day shift
Roles and Responsibilities
The Compliance Trainee will support the compliance and internal audit team with the following:
- Assisting with the review of compliance records and audit evidence.
- Supporting internal audit preparation and documentation.
- Maintaining trainer and assessor records.
- Assisting with Training and Assessment Strategy (TAS) checks.
- Supporting validation, moderation, and continuous improvement records.
- Organising student, assessment, and compliance files.
- Assisting with learner support records, including LLND and reasonable adjustment documentation.
- Supporting AVETMISS and regulatory reporting preparation.
- Maintaining compliance calendars, registers, and trackers.
- Identifying and escalating issues to senior team members when required.
Eligibility
Applications are open to students, fresh graduates, and early-career applicants.Candidates with a background in education, administration, compliance, auditing, business, or quality assurance are preferred but not required.Applicants should have:
- An interest in education compliance, auditing, education, or quality assurance.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organisational skills and reliability.
- Comfort working with documents, spreadsheets, and online systems.
- The ability to follow procedures, templates, and checklists.
- A willingness to learn Australian regulatory standards.
- The ability to work independently in a work-from-home environment.
Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or online record management systems will be considered an advantage.Benefits
