Key Responsibilities:
- Generate accurate bills using POS system
- Ensure all items are correctly entered and priced
- Handle multiple payment modes (cash, UPI, cards, wallets)
- Maintain speed and accuracy during peak hours
- Greet customers and handle billing queries politely
- Resolve basic complaints related to billing
- Coordinate with service/kitchen staff for order clarification
- Maintain proper cash register balance
- Perform shift-wise cash reconciliation
- Report discrepancies immediately to manager
- Ensure orders are correctly communicated to kitchen
- Track order status and avoid billing errors
- Handle takeaway and delivery billing efficiently
- Maintain billing records and receipts
- Follow company SOPs and audit requirements
- Ensure proper GST/tax billing as applicable
