About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Human Resource Manager with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition to lead end-to-end hiring operations and strengthen our workforce strategy. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, stakeholder management, employer branding, and building strong talent pipelines across functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities
- Develop effective sourcing strategies through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, vendors, and campus hiring
- Handle bulk as well as niche hiring across departments
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Coordinate with recruitment agencies and external hiring partners
- Ensure smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring MIS, and monthly reports
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
- Drive onboarding and initial employee engagement activities
- Ensure hiring timelines and closure targets are achieved efficiently
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or related field
- Strong experience in Talent Acquisition and recruitment operations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with LinkedIn hiring, job portals, and sourcing techniques
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
- Strong negotiation and candidate handling skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tracking tools
- Self-driven, organized, and target-oriented approach
Preferred Profile
- Experience hiring for Sales, Marketing, Tech, or Corporate roles
- Exposure to startup or fast-paced work environments
- Strong networking and vendor management capabilities
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹54,414.20 per month
