Turf Dev is a Kubernetes-specialist engineering firm (Kubestronaut & CEH certified team) serving Indian and US/EU clients. We're hiring our first growth team member.
What you'll do (fully documented process — you'll be trained on it):
Research companies matching our ideal client profile using specific trigger signals (hiring posts, funding news, compliance announcements) · identify the right decision-maker on LinkedIn · find and verify their business email using standard tools (Apollo, Hunter) · maintain our account tracker with evidence links · prepare personalization notes for outreach our founders send.
What you won't do: cold calls, client meetings, or closing. This is a research role that feeds our sales process.
You're a fit if: strong written English, genuinely curious about the tech/startup world, methodical (you'll follow a documented process and improve it), comfortable learning tools fast. No sales experience required. Fresh graduates welcome.
Success is measured simply: 25 qualified, evidence-linked accounts per week. Clear numbers, no ambiguity.
Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
