Job Summary
We are looking for a Site Engineer with good knowledge of AutoCAD to manage site execution, drawings, measurements, and coordination with contractors and other teams. The candidate should be comfortable working at construction sites and ensuring work is completed as per approved drawings and specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities.
- Read, understand, and interpret AutoCAD drawings and technical drawings.
- Prepare and modify drawings using AutoCAD as required.
- Ensure site work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, consultants, and other site teams.
- Take site measurements and maintain accurate records.
- Monitor material requirements and ensure proper utilization of materials.
- Check the quality and progress of work at the site.
- Identify and resolve site-related technical issues.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and project timelines.
- Report project progress and issues to the senior engineer/project manager.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of construction drawings and site execution.
- Strong understanding of measurements and estimation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage contractors and site workers.
- Good problem-solving and time-management skills.
- Willingness to travel to and work at project sites.
Qualification & Experience
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in Civil Engineering or a relevant field.
- 1–4 years of experience in site engineering or construction.
- Candidates with hands-on experience in AutoCAD and site supervision will be preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
A practical and technically sound candidate with strong AutoCAD and site execution skills, who can independently coordinate site activities and ensure timely completion of work.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
