What You’ll Be Doing
- Finding and shortlisting relevant influencers across Instagram & YouTube• Reaching out to creators via DM, email & WhatsApp• Coordinating paid and barter collaborations• Negotiating commercials and deliverables• Sharing briefs and explaining campaign requirements clearly• Following up with influencers for timelines, approvals & postings• Tracking live links, insights, and campaign performance• Maintaining influencer databases and campaign trackers• Coordinating with internal teams for smooth campaign execution• Managing multiple campaigns and creators simultaneously
What You Should Already Know
- Basic understanding of influencer marketing workflows• Instagram ecosystem and creator trends• Communication and negotiation basics• Google Sheets / Excel• Handling deadlines and follow-ups properly
Agency experience is a bonus.
